Mountainside Housing was founded in 2020 by Kody & Sarah Larsen and Brett & Celeste Clark to provide fully furnished, high-end, apartments along the Wasatch front.  You can rely on us to find you a perfect place to call home during your stay in Utah. Our goal is to provide you with an unforgettable living experience by creating a space you are proud to call home.  Whether you’re relocating to a new area to be closer to family, friends or for a new job, living in Utah has it’s perks.

Sarah Larsen is a corporate housing expert focusing on the Utah market.  She previously worked for Oakwood Corporate Housing in Utah where she developed and maintained strong relationships with apartment managers, vendors and national corporate housing companies. Sarah is well known and respected in the Utah and National markets. She has spent several years as the single point of contact coordinating corporate housing for several companies. She has over 15 years of experience in the corporate housing industry providing superior customer service and problem solving skills. Sarah has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.

Brett Clark is the former Branch Manager in Salt Lake City for Oakwood Corporate Housing overseeing all aspects of setting up furnished apartments.  His experience in quality and service is our competitive advantage in providing our guests with the highest level of comfort. He is also the co-owner and operator of Elite Property Management LLC,  where he has managed a number of homeowners associations since 2007. Brett has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the corporate housing and hospitality industries. Brett was also the General Manager of Operations for the Olympic Committee for temporary housing.  He is highly skilled in Training, Budgeting, Property Management, Hotel Operations, Hospitality Management, Fair Housing and Corporate Housing. Brett holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
